About Us
Joyeux Products US, LLC is a subsidiary of Joyeux Foundations US, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering workplace inclusion for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Operating under the brand name Café Joyeux, we provide high-quality specialty coffee while supporting our mission of social impact.
Our coffee is carefully sourced from some of the world’s most renowned coffee-producing regions, then roasted and packaged locally in New York City. Please note that Joyeux Products US, LLC does not offer coffee machines for sale or rental, nor do we provide maintenance services. Preferred partners can be referred on demand.
Terms and Conditions for Corporate Customers
Products and Pricing

Any adjustments to our pricing will be communicated with a minimum three-month notice.

Due to our commitment to our social mission, Café Joyeux does not offer quantity-based discounts.
Ordering Process

All corporate orders must be placed through Café Joyeux’s online ordering platform.

New customers are required to complete a customer setup form at the time of registration. This form is accessible via our online platform (see Appendix 2 for reference).

Once an account is approved and created, individual login credentials will be provided by email.

Customers can place orders as needed, with an optional subscription feature available for convenient, recurring orders.

Orders are officially confirmed once successfully submitted through the platform. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer, and Café Joyeux holds no responsibility for orders left in Draft mode and not formally submitted.
Cancellations or modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 business hours after placement. If changes or cancellations are needed beyond this timeframe, customers should contact our customer service team at BtB@cafejoyeux.com for assistance.

Once an order has shipped, no cancellations or modifications can be accepted. All shipped orders are non-refundable and due for payment in full.
Shipping and Delivery

Standard orders typically ship within five (5) business days from the confirmation date.

Large orders may be subject to adjusted delivery timelines, which will be communicated accordingly.

By default, Café Joyeux ships orders via UPS, FedEx, or other transport carriers. Express shipping options are available upon request. Customers may opt to use their own shipping carrier if preferred.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order fulfillment and charged at cost.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. Net 30 terms are available upon prior approval. Net 60 is not available.

Accepted payment methods include credit card and ACH transfers (for Net 30 payment only, once approved).

A 3% penalty will be applied to any late payments.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide the highest quality coffee and service. Refunds or free exchanges will be processed in the following cases, subject to the submission of supporting pictures or a detailed description of the issue:

Café Joyeux shipped the incorrect product(s).

Coffee bags arrived damaged or opened or past their expiration date.
For all other cases, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a credit will be applied to their account, subject to a 3% processing fee.
